Pitch Black Lux Car Service (“Pitch Black LCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides private chauffeur and luxury car service in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.pitchblacklcs.com (the “Site”), by phone, text and email, and when you book or ride with us, and how we use and protect it.

By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information we need to provide safe, reliable chauffeur service.

We may also receive information about you from people who book rides on your behalf, such as an assistant, employer or event planner. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, health information or precise real-time location from your device.

We do not collect payment information or take payments on this website. No credit card, debit card, bank account or other payment details are requested, entered or stored through www.pitchblacklcs.com.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Schedule, confirm, dispatch and complete your rides
• Track flights so your chauffeur is on time for airport pickups
• Contact you about your reservation, including changes, delays and arrival notices
• Respond to questions, requests and reviews
• Send promotional offers, only if you opt in (you can opt out at any time)
• Improve the Site, our service and customer experience
• Keep passengers, chauffeurs and vehicles safe, and prevent fraud
• Meet legal, insurance, tax and regulatory obligations

4. Cookies, Analytics and Tracking

The Site and our service providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it.

• Essential cookies keep the Site and its forms working.

• Advertising and call tracking tools may measure which ads, listings or directories lead to calls and bookings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Pitch Black LCS may send you messages about your reservations, such as booking confirmations, chauffeur arrival notices, trip updates and replies to your questions. With your separate consent, we may also send occasional promotional offers.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your bookings.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Consent is not required: You do not have to agree to texts to book a ride.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes only the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our service:

• Chauffeurs and staff who need your trip details to complete your ride
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as booking and scheduling software, website hosting, email and text messaging platforms, and analytics tools. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Airports, venues and hotels, when needed to coordinate pickups and drop-offs
• Legal and safety reasons, such as complying with the law, a subpoena or a government request, responding to an emergency, or protecting the rights and safety of our passengers, chauffeurs and business
• Business transfers, if Pitch Black LCS is sold, merged or reorganized, in which case this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to your information
• With your consent, for any other purpose we describe to you when you agree

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, keep accurate business, tax and insurance records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We protect your information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. These include secure (HTTPS) connections on the Site, and limiting access to staff who need it. No website or method of storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 18-552).

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal, tax or insurance reasons
• Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP)

Depending on where you live, your state’s privacy laws may give you more rights, such as the right to know what we collect or to opt out of targeted advertising. We honor these requests as the law requires.

The Site and our booking services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors may ride with us only when an adult books the ride. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites, such as Google, Yelp, social media and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
